the reason y i had asked is because i was quite curious. as 4 the essay comment, i finished school back in 1999......

I don't buy this in the slightest, but here are some choice phrases and buzz words for you to thow into the essay you're not writing:

* Seperation of powers
* Establishment of the three arms of government
* Heads of power
* Express rights
* Implied rights
* The Federal Judiciary: structure of, tenure of judges
* Provision for amendments

I AM NOT DOING AN ESSAY, im not even a student, omg.

those buzz words that u offered, dont even make sense 2 me, so really. i just post a msg on the board, because im curious and this is what i get. unbelievable!
