Don't memorise the formulae - most of the times, the "standard" set of equations won't suit the question
Instead, derive them and know how
Always start with the second derivative of y ie. y (double dot) = -g
Integrate it, y (dot) = -gt + C
Does it have an additional vertical velocity? If it does then let C = V sin @
Therefore y (dot) = -gt + V sin @
Integrate it again, y = -gt2/2 + Vt sin @ + C
Does it have an additional vertical displacement? If it does then let C = y1
Therefore y = -gt2/2 + Vt sin @ + y1
Similarly, do the same for the x component
