I know it's a week away but I've been bombarded with the promo ads SO MUCH these past 2 weeks.

Thoughts?

From the promo ads I've decided I don't like Kristy Hinze as the host, I don't know whether it's just the cheesy lines she has been given. She doesn't seem as personable as Heidi Klum is on the American one.

And the mentor guy; Aussie version of Tim Gunn. He doesn't look or seem anywhere near as awesome as Tim Gunn.

I can only hope the fashionz! by the designers are sweet.

i like the choice of jayson brunsdon.
but i completely agree with the criticisms of Kristy hinze and henry roth.
I'll say it again, but sarah murdoch is a totally better choice for these type of shows. come on people!

i think it is clear they're trying to emulate the success of the US version by choosing look-alikes as judges etc.
The mentor should be everyone's friend and super nice. That way the designers will actually respect what he has to say rather than just see him as 'another judge'

Henry Roth was alright, in the promos I thought he would be a bit of a tool but I liked him.

And Kristy Hinze > Jodhi Meares as a host so far.

tbh i was disappointed with all the efforts, nothing was really wow

but yeah henry roth is 1000x better on the show than the previews, i really like him. that sarah chick is deffo a nina garcia wanna be, and kristy hinze is a poor host

Nah, I like the grey shiny dress with the ruffles on the back neckline. Not sure who did it though. And I liked Brent's one except for the weird black sash thing.

I'm not liking that old fat lady who did the blue dress.

And Henry Roth gives me the irrits.

Very very disappointing compared to the US one... i hate henry roth, he seems so robotic in the way he speaks with the designer along with kristy... and the stuff the designers showcased wasnt very wowing either.. I only liked Petrova's design.

I can only hope it gets better.

no he's their mentor! all tim does is say 'im worried....'

like when henry goes 'did u line that bodice. why didnt u line it' and he uses all these technical terms. <3

i love tim, but henry just appears more halpful.

And Cake girl is pretty good, I also like the guy who doesn't actually know how to make anything.
