yeah i use tpg and its fucked.

the uni spent so much money on a stupid system that always breaks down.

so is this only a tpg problem? I thought it was either my computer, or a site problem that affects everyone.

I'm on TPG too, but I'm always able to download my files. I can't at the mo though, cos I've used up all my download for the month and so it's so slow that the download 'times out' and so I can't get to anything. :(

I still can't download files.. This is really frustrating, i'm going to have to do it all at uni.

It's TPG.

Try this proxy "syd-pow-pr7.tpgi.com.au:3128"

In firefox, go to tools > options > advanced > network > settings > manual proxy configuration. for HTTP enter "syd-pow-pr7.tpgi.com.au" and for the port "3128". A simliar thing can be done in ie. I tend to switch between ie and firefox for vista because it always seems to break in one, but work in the other. damm javascript makes it hard for mass downloading of files though.
