it's so that they don't start charging you new fees for hecs, so we get to keep the lower fees while the new ones get higher fees. we're considered 'government assissted' (that's the gist i got from the thing i had to read before filling it out)

aaaages away, i can't remember, i think if you don't do it now you can do it on enrolment or something like that? meh, i just got it over with incase i misunderstood something.

what happens if we transfer next year :S
since the course thingy is there :S

HECS Students
All continuing HECS students MUST complete a Commonwealth Assistance Form (CAF) prior to enrolling for 2005. You need to complete this form by Friday 17 December. You will not be permitted to enrol if you do not complete this form! An electronic form is available on eStudent (eCAF) or a paper form is available from the Student Enquiry Service. Remember to collect the green handout for details. Additional green handouts are available from the Student Enquiry Service.
