RAWR!

Even this 18 year old technology can do what the iPhoneOS (and iPadOS?) can't: multi-task.

Multitasking coming up in Version 4.0 for iPhone.

pwned!

Get a solid state first...

And a second 5770 will be reasonably cheap

hmm yeah I will, but I have my eye on a 1TB SSD which runs through PCI-E

I so want it now! but it's bloody expensive.

:O

That would be worth a lot of money. It would also be ridiculously fast. Do want!

I have a friend who has one of those...

Not worth the money from what I understand...

My 64GB, not SUPER fast SSD is beautiful... From the windows loading screen to logged on (including password) it's about 15 seconds with windows 7....

OCZ's 1TB Colossus SSD gets a price and launch timeframe -- Engadget

that seems decent, I cant seem to find the other one, but it was OCZ tho.

My statement is still valid though :p

And what.. the.. hell... It's taken them, what, like 3 years to *finally* include it?
well it is apple.

Not worth the money. For storage you'd be way better off just buying 1 or 2 2TB hdds for about 1/5 of the price or a 1 TB SSD.

Id buy a SSD for harddrive intensive games.

So far only Crysis and WoW fits this criteria, and i own Crysis.

I keep a couple of my most commonly played games on the SSD and that's it...

For storage you don't want them... because all the deleting and re-writing and deleting again and rewriting rinse repeat rinse repeat will wear out the drive

Yeah, but it'll end up with I think 5-6 years life instead of the normal 10? years iirc... I dont mind having half the life for added comfort.

Man why did you go a GTX465. They perform worse than a 470 but they draw more power. Figure that out.

Hmm, I have a cooler master case, my comp is never remotely cool except really cold days, I need to find a decent case that is actually efficient at keeping the cpu and especially the gpu cool or else I'll prolly get liquid cooling in my next comp...
