Haha, good old pen license in the junior years, back then it was a big thing, but now its like meh.

Mine was laminated and had my picture on it and everything.

A pen license isn't an actual certificate of some sort, its more of an initiation to start using a pen rather than a pencil.

Never got mine either - I skipped year 4, which, if I recall correctly, was the year they usually gave out pen licences

I write so slow and in exams i usually rub things out to take my time and write it again but slower so its slightly legible. It lost me heaps of time and marks in the yearlies.

When i'm writing fast it looks like a huge scribble. Dr phil, what should i do?

Practice, always try writing fast - don't think because it's an exam I have an excuse to slow down, and you'll soon develop on how to write neat and fast - that's how I did.
