arghhhhhhhhh I totally failed one of my assessment tasks worth 25%...can I still do well

^Yep, you still have 75% left and it can make all the difference. Climb your way back up with each task like steps in a ladder and reach the podium after trials.

I got 80% in French beginners which is a pretty low scaling subject...... can I still reach my goal of 90-95

2 people got full marks, but its only 15% anyway

don't think like this - i got 12/15 in my first belonging assessment, then i did well for the rest of the year. had i got 15/15, i would have been 11th instead of 30th. it makes a HUGE difference, so it's good that you did well

also gaiz first assessments aren't the end of the world - i got 69% in my first 4u assessment then ended up 5th in the end, so anything's possible

I got my first assessment task back today, it was fine, should have been a bit better.

Chemistry: 82%

I would have been upset, but it was marked super harshly and the average was 60%.
