I would say killing a cop under any circumstances is self-defense and should be recognised as such

otherwise they will kidnap you and put you in a cage for life

seems like a valid reason to kill them imo

My initial point is, if it's proven in court that you murdered without a self defence motive, you should receive life.

Well if I wanted to be unPC I would say death penalty but because it's unPC I didn't say that.

I suppose, when you put it that way. But you'd have to have reasonable suspicion that you were gonna get charged. What if they approached just to caution you and you went apeshit on that? And yes, how would anyone prove that? Well that buys into the whole what's excessive use of force, and what's considered reasonable for the situation. And I ain't going into that bcos I have no clue and it's not my job to know that. If anyone wants to educate me, feel free.
