SPEECH: broca's area: speech production and articulation, controls movement of mouth (frontal lobe)
also Wernicke's area: language comprehension, processes auditory signals(temporal lobe)
SIGHT: visual cortex: receives sight msgs from eyes(occipital lobe)
Visual association area: recognition of what eyes see(occipital lobe)
HEARING: auditory cortex: detects sound quality(temporal lobe)
auditory association area: makes sense of sounds(temporal lobe)
