I have an assessment due tommorow...
basically it is split up into 3 parts.
*a research task,
*a Promotional Strategy and,
*a menu design

i have chosen to base my report on Adolescent Girls, because i know alot about the diseases that are associated with this group due to biology.

i need to know:
* the specific nutritional requirements of the group (all six...and vitamins and minerals)
*The factors that can influence the nutritional requirements/status of the group

for the menu plan, i have to plan a 7 day menu for this group...i am not allowed to double-up on meals...and i have to be specific on protion sizes...any ideas?

if anyone would be able to help me...i would appreciate it alot!
