Done. but wanted to let you know that the Bored of Studies have released stuff saying that online surveys don't count as proper primary research unless you specifically invite audiences just to do the survey online (like sending the link to specific people instead of just posting it where anyone can get to it and use it)
I suggest sending the link out to everyone in your contacts because that way it would count as specifically inviting them...not that it really makes much of a difference and I'm not sure how they could tell anyway.
Interesting Questionnaire, bit hard to do in that format though, I think for a couple of the questions you need to change it so people can select multiple boxes, or reword the question to say THE most important rather than just important.
I like the sound of what you're doing, role models is a cool topic.
