Hi everyone!

I understand that there is a huge thread already relating to my thread however for odd reasons I cant seem to access the page :( In the meantime if anyone would like to comment I have bought a physics book titled "Physics in context" and it was either that or "In2 Physics" what should I have bought? Did I make the right choice?

Please help me make a snap desicion :)

P.S I can make an exchange/refund so its not to late to change txtbooks

I heard Jacaranda Physics was the best. However, I would suggest you find out what textbook your school is using then if you want to extend yourself buy a personal textbook. I haven't seen Physics in Context or In2 Physics. My friend says Physics in Context is okay.

I have In2 Physics and I never use it. All I use is Jacaranda and Physics in Focus.

Physics in Context looks boring IMO.

Thanks for the responses!!!

However I was actually considering Jacaranda but it seemed to me that there were hardly any exercises/questions to do...

Can anyone please tell me specifically why Jacaranda is the best because this Friday I might exchange my current textbook for another, I just want to be sure :)

Please help

Agreed, Jacaranda is pretty good.
While it may not have /that/ many questions (but it still has enough, imo), it does not skim over syllabus dot points, unlike other textbooks I have used.

You should find out what textbook your school uses. I was going to purchase a Jacaranda but then I found out my school uses it. So be careful.

Jacaranda does not have much questions but you can buy additional supplement books (ONLY if you have money to waste) like Surfing Physics.

But you can do the questions in all the past HSC papers on BOS if you would like to save money.
