Physics or 3U Maths (1 Viewer)

Hey guys, so this is my situation, I'm in Year 11 and I'm deciding what subjects I should choose for Year 12 and I can't decide between Physics or 3U maths, I only have enough space for one. I'm not that great at either subject (mainly because I haven't really tried in either of these subjects, but I'm also naturally bad at maths) I do like physics better than maths but I'm finding this year's physics class really difficult compared to Year 10 physics. And I do know that maths 3U scales pretty well, better than physics at least.
Also, I am hoping to do medicine in the future, so I'm just wondering, are either of those subjects required, recommended or assumed knowledge in the med course? And which one out of those two will help more in medicine?
