but how can u get .PSD files onto forums? by either changing them or hosting em.

If you want to display the image you have to save it as a .jpg, then upload it to somewhere like imageshack.us, then paste the url in your message.

Otherwise you can just upload the .psd file to sendspace or rapidshare and post the url.
