Hey,
Does anybody happen to know, or have any idea, when the supermarkets will
take over pharmacy ownership from the pharmacists themselves?

say once the rudd government's over?

because after looking around people probably a professor said that it's not a matter of if but when.

but i'd love to have some sort of nice assurance that it will never happen?

People will probably still need to go to pharmacists for most prescription drugs, PBL meds, etc to prevent abuse, possible drug interactions, etc which obviously can't be picked up by untrained check out chick, etc.

Pharmacists seem still pretty popular and surviving in the US but i think its just weird over there lol
