Anyone have any idea what's going to be in it?

There's definately going to be one essay but I'm not so sure about the others.

Module A: Comparative Study
Module B: Critical Study
Module C: Representation and Truth

Chances are Module A is going to be an essay and Module C a feature article. Tell me what you think.

Are there any other sections that might be included in this exam? Something like analysis? I doubt it since we have to compose 3 pieces within the given 40 minutes for each; but you never know what those sneaky BOS bastards will do.

Chances are module C won't be a feature article because that's what it was last year, and they rarely repeat same type same module 2 years in a row. I'm putting my bets on a conversation for Module B... haven't had those for a year. Guessing a speech, too - ie. for Module C. Hoping Module A will be an essay.

i am hoping that module A is also an essay
that has alot of information to get down in the 40 mins
and i don't want to have to be worrying to much about what i have to change
it would be nice if module b was a feature article
and module c was a speech
coz a really don't want to write a transcript at all

if they ask u to compose and argument
are you meant to write it in speech form?
or is it more like an essay?

i think section A could be an interview with the director maybe? well im doing clueless/emma and an interview with amy heckerling would be quite do-able. Section 2 i think might be an essay and section three a speech.. infact i wouldnt have a clue im just bored.

2001 - Essay
2002 - Essay
2003 - Essay

2004? Essay unless they've changed it cuz there's 3 in a row. Then it could be an interview or a review or something

Mod B:
2001 - Essay
2002 - Conversation
2003 - Essay

2004? Something other than an essay. Probably a different text type other than conversation

Mod C:
2001 - Speech
2002 - Essay
2003 - Feature Article

2004? I'm guessing essay

Module B = something fruity (Speech / Article / etc)

im hoping that module A is a speech or something, a interview or feature article wouldnt be bad either. i hope module B is an essay cos i'll cry if its not and module C - as long as its not an essay and not too specific then i'll be happy.
i'm thinking this paper will have a weird text in it seeing as the AOS was so straight forward, but i dunno - this is all just guesses.

I reckon there will only be one other text type just because that's the way it has been in the past and fingers crossed it will be a speech because speeches are easy but it'll probably be a radio interview because I don't want a radio interview and the world revolves around me!

Mod A: Essay or something fairly close to one.
Mod B: Essay
Mod C: Radio Transcript or similar.

I cannot see Mod B being a speech, seeing as my focus itself for that is Speeches, that may give an unfair advantage/ (or disadvantage?).

My Module B question in the trial was a speech, I enjoyed it. I certainly hope that they give us a bit of variety. I'm not in an essay mood...especially not for King Lear

Ok, seeing as that's highly unlikely, I'll settle for a speech. A speech isn't too different from an essay.

Third choice: Feature Article or Student Supplement or something weird like that.

After hating essays for years, I've finally come to love them. And subsequently, I hate all other genres. Bah! lol.
