two hosts i can recommend

www.ipaska.com and www.bmrhosting.net ... had experience with both, no problems, and they both use cpanel 8/9 ... they're both run by people from around the area.

I've come across this the other and think that I'll be using this one when I get a credit card If payment method and telephone support are not that important to you then this probably is a really good one. I found this on a Web-hosting rating site and it's the top of the 2003 and 2002.
