Family and Workplace are both Optional Focus Studies

How are you people preparing for this section of legal?

Are you practising legal essay's if so what type of question or should i say issue BOS would ask? What is your bet?

Im having trouble for this, because i simply can't remember the whole text book, so i need to take a risk

For family............. I am picking issues that I will focus on (like alternative family arrangements and children etc) But i am still learning a good overview of everything just in case they are specific. The best way to practice i think is to write an essay or write essay plans

for workplace... just know four issues off by heart..
ie, change safety , disrim. and role of the courts

shoud do for workplace..

Yeah Ive picked my issues and are just memorising associtated legislation etc...I then just mould it into the question that is asked.
