the multiple choice was alright, a bit tricky with the cerial box and fucking the collective rights question...i put tort law, and referendum respectively

I thoug crime was shit! I can't even remeber my text book saying that much on international law that you could be expected to write a freaken 8 mark amswer! Shit!!!!!!!!!! And seriously, what the hell was with that senario? Talk about ambiguous... didn't have hardly any acts, and what the hell kind of case studies do they want you to use???????????????

The BOS wanted to be different, in my favourate subject, I faced the dumbest exam. Although I can't confidently state that i did well in English, I can say at least the questions were easy to understand. The essay questions were the worst ones though, how do they correlate with the underlying factors of the course?

The crime scenario was a killer. I knew as soon as i saw it that my chances of getting band 6 just flew out the door. FAR OUT i'm pissed off, because i knew domestic crime so well, and not one of my cases or acts had anything to do with damn international crime.

How did you evaluate the effectiveness of australia in dealing with international crime?

I was all set to vomit just before I went in the exam, and when I first read the focus studies questions, I must've misread them because all I saw was 'Morality Ethics and Commitment to Law' - the section I was most dreading. Lucky I got that sorted out.

I was too busy trying to remember acts and cases on my way in...stressing heaps, then in the reading time, I read the Crime question and almost fell of my fucking chair. What a shit question. Who cares about frickin international crime! Why not ask a question on something decent....grrrr that means now I ave done shit in 4 exams so far! LOL.

I have to disagree...All of you should have been listening to the media...there has been tonnes on international child porn rings and drug trafficking...its not difficult at all...and in terms of being stressed for time it was soooooo not long exam...I never finish my school papers and I finished this with like 15-20 mins to spare...

Hey, how vital are cases and legislation to back up your answers in the crime section? I know that in the two essays they are an absolute MUST as it is in the rubrics, but is it less important in crime? I just barely knew any for international law. Will it only loose me maybe 1 mark, or will it mean i can't even get above half marks for the question?
