Do not write 2 if it specifies 1. Immediately takes you out of a band 6 equivalent from the essay.

Well, 4 body paragraphs - I'd do:
Poem 1
Related 1 and link to Poem 1
Poem 2
Related 1/2 and link to Poem 2

3 body paragraphs would be either:

Poem 1
Poem 2
Related text and links to poem 1 and poem 2

OR

Poem 1
Related and link to poem 1
Poem 2 and link to related text.

Would not recommend. Some where in the rubic, it says something about how its supposed to be an analysis of your related in conjunction with the prescribed. The structure you mention lacks depth for an analysis. And what is your plan for the 3rd body?

For me, my structure was:

One related:
Intro
Body 1: idea 1 (prescribed)
Body 2: idea 1 (related)
Body 3: idea 2 (prescribed)
Body 4: idea 2 (related)
Body 5: idea 3 (prescribed)
Body 6: idea 3 (related)
Conclusion

For two related,
Same except I would add discussion of my second text with my first related in the same paragraph.
