Nah, thats what I thought, I dont have to pay a cent because I'm clearly, as I was told on the phone, not at fault.

If you're referring to an increase in the overall price per year: They also said nothing would change.

I called insurance, they're going to sort it out and its 100% his fault. Man I feel better Ty everyone.

Good news, hope it works out ok for you. That guy sounds like a total wanker.
