Thats so real of you honestly. What I do is going to the library as I feel more motivated to study when I am away from home. As well as this try studying outside of you bedroom and maybe try the pomodoro method? I hope this helps !!!!

Take a break. It's been a long term and the holidays just started, you've got more than 6 weeks so at least reserve 1-2 of those to do whatever you like

just have a scroll thru the 2024 hsc and see the one's who got great marks then just tell urself if they could do that then for sure u can too. it works trust me. try blasting some self motivation songs on spotify too theres plenty of shared playlists. dont worry it happens to the best of us

take a break for a week or so then get back into work
