Best thing to do is to come to the uni on 4th January and grab some books and advice for Pathways day, or call the Hotline, they can send you out the book and any other relevant info.

The Macquarie University Hotline provides students with advice about degrees, admission, enrolment, scholarships and other related topics. The freecall number is 1800 351 117. The Hotline will operate between 8am and 6pm on 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 December (8am-2pm), and 3, 4 and 5 January.

University is a bit different to school.

It totally depends on the units you chose and how you structure your timetable.

Also remember that you won't be in different classes to people doing actual degrees -- you're all in there together in the lectures, tutorials, and exams. :)

Generally speaking, if you do 2 subjects, you should be able to only be at uni for 6 hours a week. Most of the time, you should be able to fit that into two or three days.
