How many periods do you get a week? In terms of units how much is that?

Ive got 4 units every 2 wks, same number of periods as a 1 unit subject

Also, where is everyone up to? Were only started graphing, and has only done complex

Last year, we had 4 periods every 2 weeks also, but we decided on adding an extra 2 periods a fortnight, out of our own time of course.

5 periods a fortnight. Finished just complex last year. 1 lesson on graphs , 1 lesson on polynomials xD

Though was given full solutions to cambridge book for graphing to complete
Took me like 1 1/2 weeks to finish :apig:

We get 5 per fortnight, but our 3U/4U classes are the same. So really we get 20 periods/fortnight of Maths total, and the teacher splits it any way he pleases. We start Conics next week (finished Graphing, Integration and Complex).

We have 8 periods per fortnight, and we've finished complex numbers and are halfway through polynomials.

The other Extension 2 Class has 12 periods per fortnight.

ive personally learnt complex, graphs, polynomials, conics.

Don't get me started on what the school has done.... practically nothing.

I thought 4 unit counted for 2 units in the HSC, so doesn't that mean its technically a 2 unit subject, even though its one unit up from 3 unit?

Oh yeah we finished Polynomials with Complex. So now we got Conics/Volumes/Mechanics to go.

5 periods a fortnight before school
we were planning on doing it during 2u but the assistant principal screwed up and made our teacher teach general every time we have 2u

5 periods per fortnight (top class gets 6 wtf). Only done complex, most of harder x1 + polynomials.

2 periods a week and we add an extra every now and then.

So that is 8 hours a week of maths including 3 unit all with the same teacher.

personaly i would rather have 3 4 unit periods a week.
