hi there, i was wondering how to get a new thread for a subject that you don't have there on the home page. im sure if the thread was there other people may use it as well.
if anyone can help that would be gratefull,

if you mean get a thread to the hot topics section on the home page, then just start a topic that everyone would be interested in!

I think they mean sub-forum...

If you wanted an entire thread dedicated to a particular subject then you would have to request for the BoS Admins to add the board/topic for it. Otherwise, just add one under General HSC or something.
