I am going to apply through UAC

I did my HSC in 2011 and my ATAR is 54.30.

With the Regional Bonus Scheme at UWS, it will bring my ATAR to 59.30.

What course should I apply for (that will give me the most chance to get in) and what are my chances of getting in?

I guess I need to apply for the unpopular, low-ATAR courses but I am not sure.

Actually with the EAS my ATAR would be 64.30.

What courses should I be trying to apply for, if I just want to get into the university. I know a lot of people do Business so my chances are low with that course?

It would be hard to get into a bachelors degree however you still have the option of diplomas.

Sometimes if you're slightly under the atar cut off requirement for the course, you could contact the relevant School and express your interest. You may still be able to get into the course even if you're like a point or so under.
