Which hex-editor provides the capability of:

-Editing text strings
-Not having a large filesize (e.g >4MB)
-Saving the file with the same data as before except for modified data by the user
(If I modify example.dll, I hope to get back example.dll)
-Most importantly, being freeware

What you only needed it to do some CS 1.6 stuff? im assuming thats 1.6 non-steam. I use that CS for lans...fucking rocks. There is a good torrent of it out there which inclues CS1.6 the bot patch for it n the lan patch. Rocks hard because its all easy to install with like 2 premade install files...only around 2-3ish hundred meg.

I hex-edit some dlls to unlock the CSBOT for CS 1.6 and a Bot Menu for convenience, also, I already have my own CS 1.6 pack, which is 258MB when packed and 450 something megabytes when extracted ... thanks ..
