If someone does exceedingly well in standard math (100%). Can he go to a higher level of math like 2 or 3 unit. Thanks.

Moving from general maths to 2U for students well into their preliminaries is unheard of, unfortunately... You could try asking head teacher and even your principal (maybe on the basis that your future university degree requires 2U), but I think this might be difficult due to the administrative side of things. Still worth a try, though.

Moving from Standard Maths to Advanced Math is like moving from English Studies (non atar subject) to English Advanced.

It really isn't worth it.

Might be easier to go and do it through TAFE.

Pretty sure Standard is a fairly different course to Advanced so it is extremely unlikely you will be able to transfer through marks alone.
Probably best to study the Advanced course in your own time, and see if you are allowed to do the Advanced assessment so that you can prove that you are capable of doing the course.

It's possible, but you have to work VERY hard for it, to an extent that I think you might lose time with your other subjects, I would suggest not to upgrade to Advanced, just because of how long the transition is going to take.

It really depends on how your school allows subject transfers. In my school there was a requirement to do 3 unit maths you had to do accelerated 2 unit maths in year 11. Best thing to do is have a talk with your math coordinator at your school
