NEED HELP on recovery strategies IMPORTANT (1 Viewer)

I'm doing a research report on recovery strategies including the four types:
physiological strategies, neural strategies, tissue damage strategies and psychological strategies
(no luck so far finding good info)

I need some good and detailed information on these things, so if you now where i can find some, please tell me the website links, books source or what ever that will help.

any advice and help is appreciated.

What textbook do you currently use for PD/H/PE? I might be able to tell you what section to look at in the text.
