Need Help - Calculus (Product Rule) (1 Viewer)

Hi!

I am studying the product rule and have already differentiated the original function..

My problem however is that I'm having trouble finding the common factor of my differentiated equation..

I have attached a picture with the question.. It would really help me if someone could outline the steps needed to obtain the common factor.
