Navigating the Global Narrative (1 Viewer)

Just wondering if anybody has any ideas on what sort of avenue to consider when writing a narrative on NTG? I cannot for the life of me think of anything that isn't outrageously cliche e.g big corporation tries to engulf local, local resists, etc etc. Anybody got any other ideas? Any help at all would be great, even just some key words to send me in a direction!

Have a look at what's in the news now and next year. That's what the top kids at my school did. The girl who came first did a thing on the court curse of the woman who accused the policeman of ripping of her Burqa, another girl did something on asylum seekers. Things like this stick out and the marker is able to fully comprehend and relate to because they've been in the news so heavily. If you do end up doing something like this however make sure that you do your research and incorporate things which show that.
