I put B because of the mole ratios of CO and H2

Because you can see from the graph, the err... dotted line with a negative gradient decreases about 2x as much in conc in comparison to the solid line. Thus we can assume that the dotted line is H2 (given the equation).
So H2 was added.

All three indicators MUST be either colourless or yellow for the final solution to be yellow. The gaps between the two colours would be a mix of the two colours.

pretty sure water isnt an oxide so 15 isnt C, and it cant be D, cos Co2 isnt amphoteric, so its A
