to cause a depreciation the rba would have to sell $A, thus increasing the supply of $A in the forex market, hence causing a depreciation in the $A. Therefore answer is A.

B is wrong because if the rba sells foreign currency, who's to say they will buy the $A.

Also, can anyone explain why 15c is not right.

Ahh lol i had troubles with 15 c as well... i though c and d were both correct!
but i put D cause it was the most correct answer
dunno, TWI increased from 90.9 to 98.2
this means export prices are high than import prices
decreased international competitiveness, worsening balance of trade? dunno...
