because its tlking about intelligence its really saying its a ability to learn, and the only one that does that is the neural network, because expert systems will always return the same outcome, even if it was wrong the first time, thats not very intelligent but the neural net will learn from it mistakes and changes its output accordingly


so for the first one id say b and the second one its deffinatly c

The first one is A, I'm pretty sure and I don't even do DSS. It doesn't become an important feature because it doesn't work with something.

First one is D, assists users with decision-making.

This is because drill-down analysis gives the user the actual reason why the system got to that answer, i.e. it gives all justification, thus helps the user actually understand why the hell that answer was chosen.

Second one is A, based on an expert system and/or an artificial neural network.

Expert system is the one with a knowledge base, inference engine and the database, and it calculates/analyses problems using rules in the knowledge base and certainty factors [i.e. fuzzy logic]. Artificial neural network is the system that attempts to imitate the human brain by "learning" from past mistakes etc. They both fall under the heading of intelligent systems.
