Actually I saw on sunrise once a birth that took only a few minutes, her vagina must have been really loose.

I heard a story on the news once where a pregnant woman woke up, couldn't move, and, upon closer inspection, found that her baby was halfway out and she hadn't gone into labour or felt it or anything.

Still, the situation's not very likely at all, and it was a crime to conceal that she had (accidentally or otherwise) killed her baby. She couldn't know it was definitely dead and should have called an amulance anyway.
