is the most common cancer in males lung or prostate????? I've looked in most textbooks, and the books published more recently say its lung cancer, so i'm leading towards that but there is a few places where it says prostate is the most common.

As far as I know it's prostate. Lung cancer is more general, but as a male cancer, I'm pretty sure prostate is most common
