Model help for Conductors, semiconductors and insulators? (1 Viewer)

Hi guys,

My school asked me to build a model showing differences between conductors, semiconductors and insulators. E.g. valence band, conduction band, forbidden energy gap etc. Also for semiconductors, they said the more you show the better, so it would be great if someone suggested a model and also how to show n-type and the free electrons, p-type and the holes, and also donor level or acceptor level. Any suggestions are helpful !
