Could someone please confirm the following:
- Is it harder to get into the course if ur applying for mid-yr transfer, even if you have the required UAI cut off?
- For 1st yr student (those who finish their HSC last Yr) wanting to transfer to a totally different course and uni require to have good GPA?
- Does uni select by their UAI only or UAI+GPA for mid yr transfer?
- Will uni still accept EAS? and do u need 2 refill in another EAS form?

Thanks in advance, i`ve went thru all the postes here in the transfer forum and there isn`t anyone that can actually confirm these question properly.

Uni's dont take into account EAS anymore. So forget that. And mid year transfers are based on your UAI only.

only certain uni's offer a mid year or after 1st year transfer. and it may not be available for your course. for me i want to study medicine, however, attending Newcastle uni you cannot enter postgraduate. so it is best to contact the uni and try hard to get the UAI in the first place
