Egronk and Rickie said it- intelligence too. Communication is so important in any relationship. Everything from how you resolve fights to sex (haha thinking about it you may resolve fights by having sex... WIN) depends on how well you communicate with your partner.

Find someone passionate and fun etc but who is rational and intelligent. You need to be able to talk to your partner and get along really well, otherwise it ends up boring and dry and then the drama and the breakups start.
