why do actuary if you want to do medicine
if you want money, do dentistry coz you gotta work yourself to the bone before you see any money in med

its the back up plan BOB J, see you dont want to end up with a mere med sci or sci degree. hence u do actuarial studies. and as for dentistry, im too scared, finish a uni degree sit gamsat and u fail then like WTF ?!?!? then u have to do it again nxt yr, then fail ..WTF ?!?!?!...and the process continues

BTW-how much do u docs get in AUS, upon graduating and say like in 5-10 yrs time ?

Base: $45K... add inflation 2-3% and then the overtimes.. ... then compound it 5-10yrs..

i thought ure the one starting the commerce degree!?

quite a few ppl on this board have a gpa around that, of course it will probably get harder over first yr.
