What jobs can u enter once you leave uni?
Is it easy to get a job?
Is the pay good?
Some friends have been telling me that this course is pretty useless and hard to get a job in....>_<

Yes its easy to get a job, and your friends are useless for what they're saying to you, clearly they don't know what they're talking about or have only just started at uni themselves.

come to uni open day at sydney uni on January 6th and ask the lecturers or students in person

Go to the Official Medical Science thread in the Health/Medicine tertiary section.

You can get a job doing MedSc as long as:

-You're not doing MedSc purely because you think you'll get into Grad Med.

Um yeh i'd think it would be the best decision you ever make. Its the last opportunity to really understand what you want to do.
So yes go to the USYD open day and you'll leave there not confused and definately knowing happy days await you

Your friend is wrong in saying that its hard to get a job as you most likely be employed by the government

although the pay isnt that great unless you do further studies like a phD

Plenty of positios for MedSc graduates in hospital science positions. Research positions are limited to top graduates anyway.

Research is only one aspect of graduate positions, stop scaring the kids into thinking otherwise.
