Sydney Uni doesn't require UMAT for medicine- just get 99.95 ATAR :)

Bachelor of Medical Science though realistically with just that degree, you'd be hard pressed to find a job.

if thats the case, how about courses that don't require umat but require some other kind of test? i only know that pharmacy requires STAT.

Not really.

There is a great demand for hospital scientists at most of the major hospitals. Especially if you go on and specialise in shit like cytology, cytogenetics, etc. Heavy demand.

USYD doesnt need UMAT since its practically postgrad with 99.95

B.Med Sci is pretty much a science degree with Med slapped on it to attract "higher caliber" naive students, look at the "Med Chem" degrees.

But as with anything, itll always be hard to find a job at the rate Unis are pumping out grads.
