but i rather enjoy the eng comp they are pretty good solidworks is fun ^^; and matlab is alright, it is easier if u've learned some programming languages cause the structure is rather similar

well thats what i think

MX is on integrating mechanical and electrical systems to do certain functions. It's not necessarily robotics, but we do get to work with embedded systems and generally tiny equipment.

And we get a kickass mechatronics lab in the link building :D

http://pics.voidfx.com/mx/ << Second year mechatronics equipment.

Note the time on the clock? That's AM. :p

I think I spent 5 days straight in there during stuvac :p

In case you were wondering, we had to make an ECG... measures heart rates. Had to code it and make electrodes and everything. Way cool.

blehz- i don't like too much circuitry and stuff...maybe i should opt. for aeronautical..hmm...

btw, is it possible to combine mechatronic space wif science?

BE (Mechatronic)(Space) / BSci(Adv Maths.)
Say B E (Mechanical / Mechatronic / Space Engineering)

It looks harder :p

Now you're getting the hang of it :p

Yeah, you bludger. Get a real degree. A COMBINED degree.
Actually I'd rather the "pure" degree.

Half the interesting stuff is taken out when you do combined.
