How do u convert g/mol to ppm (parts per million)? thanks :p

ppm = mg/L

Use chain rule:




n = m/mm (to find mol)

C = n/v (to find mol/L)

and 1g = 1000mg

I don't think you can really change g/mol to parts per million.

g/mol is a measure of mass per N(A) molecules while parts per million is a measure of concentration.
