Has anyone done this subject before?
Is it hard, ok or easy?
I just found out that there are 4 hours of lecture. Is it necessary to go to the lectures for this subject?

Why would you do MATH237? are you doing a computing degree or what??
MATH237 involves some stuffs (like difference equations ) in ACST211, they are both discrete anyways.

I did it - it was OK - was probably the most interesting MATH subject i've done so far, doing a computing degree.

Yes, you should go to lectures for it - makes it easier to understand.

Yes, I took it in Semester 2, '07. Some parts of it are easy, others take more time to work out. Make sure you attend all lectures and do all of the tutorials!
