Umm, Every school has a different major project, I'm pretty sure... What's yours about?

Since each project is a school created task what is required will HAVE to have been stipulated in the assessment task with associated marking guidlelines

Implementation Plan is how you plan to implement the new system- eg. parallel, pilot, direct, phased <I think- bad memory!>, and then you can write about how you will train people to use the system, manuals/help, support, etc...

Hey, we r doing a group major task, and r trying to develop a new school website, wondering if there r ne tips on creatinbg one based on the old design?

You probably should be making it from scratch rather than just ripping the old design unless it's really really good- because you'll probably get crap marks. When I had to redesign a new school website in a group task, we totally redid the design and planned it out (also had to hand in the diagrams showing hyperlinks with the assignment), and then we used the existing material on the website to 'inspire' us for content for the new onegordo_yahs said:
