MAC routers? (1 Viewer)

hey i was wondering if anyone knows of any routers for MACs besides airport express??? i ask because i want to get my DS online so i can play mario kart, and the airport express costs 200 bucks!!!

just wondering if there is a cheaper alternative

yes i do have a reason and that is so that i can play mario kart DS online

So why do you specifically need a Mac router? Most routers should work fine with a Mac.

see thats what i was trying to find out, because i wasnt sure if i could get any other routers for my MAC that wasnt airport express

do you guys know of any cheap ones that should work for my MAC???

A router is a router. It doesn't matter whether Apple made it or some factory in India - its still a router that does the same thing. There are some D-Link ones going for <$100 now.

I gather that if you buy from a company that doesn't support Macs, you are expected to know how to set it up yourself, get it running ok, etc. If you can do that, you should be fine. :)
