I don't think you should use someone else's lyrics. Maybe just quote a key phrase/sentence from somebody else. It may constitute plagarism if you choose to use someone else's lyrics.

Oh! Then that would be fine. They'll (the markers) will never know. Just make sure you have the lyricist's consent.

i've used famous quotes in compositions, along with using shakespeares sonnets for inspiration and lyrics, but they have to be included in process diary- accredit whoever wrote it and then note that acknowledgement in composers notes also.
check with your teacher also but thats what i've done and its been accepted in the past, but not for my hsc composition...
