That's a shit diet. Cereal? How is that going to help him? There is a big difference between fruit loops and porridge. More generally, there isn't enough food in that diet and there aren't enough meals. Three meals is no where near enough. You want 5-6 at the minimum.Breakfast- Cereal
Lunch- Sandwich- preferably one with vegetables i.e salad sandwich
Dinner- Piece of meat/fish and salad
Exercise- Between 45mins-1hr[per day] or joining a sports team it depends
